Led by our Head of Health & Safety, we operate robust, fully integrated management systems designed to meet the latest industry standards, legislation, and full CDM compliance.
Our strong commitment to safety is reinforced by recognised industry accreditations, including CHAS, CQMS, RoSPA, Achilles Silver+, and SafeContractor Gold, each demonstrating the reliability and effectiveness of our health and safety procedures. We also maintain a dedicated in-house HS&E team responsible for continuous site inspections, safety audits, and proactive risk management across all projects.
Safety Culture
At Lawtech, fostering a culture of safety and responsibility transcends basic compliance to embed health and safety principles into every aspect of our operations. We ensure all site operatives undergo rigorous initial and ongoing training to maintain exceptional safety standards. This includes mandatory certifications such as SMSTS/SSSTS, alongside the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards, confirming that all personnel are competent and qualified to perform their roles safely and effectively.
Communication
At Lawtech, we recognise that communication and resident safety are critical pillars of our project delivery approach, particularly when working on occupied residential developments. Our dedicated Customer Service Team play a pivotal role in fostering transparent, ongoing engagement with residents and leaseholders to ensure their safety and minimise disruption throughout the works.
